Orders, Products, and Quotations
Product descriptions, dimensions, availability, and prices may change. Please verify critical dimensions and material requirements before ordering. For custom products, drawings, specifications, tolerances, quantities, lead times, and written quotations form part of the order.
If a written quotation conflicts with general website information, the accepted quotation controls for that custom order.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Shipping, taxes, duties, tooling, testing, certificates, and other project costs may be charged separately when shown at checkout or in an accepted quotation. Orders may require full payment or another payment schedule stated in the quotation.
Custom and Made-to-Order Products
You are responsible for confirming drawings, dimensions, materials, tolerances, surface requirements, and quantities before production. Changes requested after approval may affect price and lead time. Custom or made-to-order products are subject to the return terms stated in the accepted quotation and our Return and Refund Policy.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, customs review, weather, address errors, and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. The customer must provide a complete shipping address and working phone number.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled under our Return and Refund Policy. Contact us before sending any item back. Custom and bulk manufactured products may have different return conditions.
Accounts and Website Use
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account. Do not misuse the website, interfere with security, submit unlawful content, or attempt unauthorized access.
Intellectual Property and Submitted Materials
Website text, design, photographs, and branding belong to UXNEY Metal or their respective owners. Drawings and specifications you provide are used to quote or fulfill your request. You confirm that you have the right to provide those materials for that purpose.
Changes
We may update these terms when our services or business practices change. The version published on this page applies from its stated update date. Accepted quotations and confirmed order terms remain subject to their own written conditions.
