Return & Refund Policy

Contact UXNEY Metal before sending any product back. The process differs between standard products, custom manufacturing, and confirmed quality problems.

Standard Product Returns

For standard, non-custom retail orders of fewer than 10 pieces, you may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Contact us before returning the goods. Items should be unused, complete, and in their original condition.

Return Shipping and Refund Timing

If there is no quality issue, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. After the returned items are received and inspected, approved refunds are normally processed within 3 business days to the original payment method.

Custom and Bulk Orders

Custom, modified, cut-to-size, and mass-production orders are made to agreed specifications and are not automatically eligible for a no-reason return. Contact us so both parties can review the specifications, inspection evidence, and a fair solution.

Quality Problems and Warranty

Please contact us before returning an item. In many cases we can resolve the problem through technical support, replacement parts, or additional inspection. If an irremediable material or manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect processing, unsuitable storage, unauthorized modification, or requirements that were not included in the confirmed specification.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email support@uxneymetal.com with the order number and reason for the request.
  2. For damage or quality issues, include clear photographs, measurements, and relevant inspection information.
  3. Wait for return authorization and the correct return address before sending the package.
  4. Use trackable shipping and keep the receipt.

Return Address

The correct return warehouse depends on the product and order route. For security and accurate handling, the return address is provided after your return request is approved. Do not send a return to an address found elsewhere on the website or on an old parcel label.
